Here are the rules for The Hollywood Way in Burbank:
Eat that meat. REALLY good barbecued beef ribs.
Scarf those skins. Best loaded potato skins I've had in a long time.
Bite those beans. The Hollywood Way has rockin' barbecued baked beans!
Chaw down that chicken. Great pulled chicken sliders.
Pick up that pork. Pulled pork sliders are awesome too.
Tuck away some tri tip. That was the third slider I had in the trio of Tennessee sliders.
Sip, swallow, and swig some booze and brews. The Hollywood Way has a great drink menu: beer, wine, classic cocktails, margaritas, and mules.
Listen and laze. Live music on Saturday night.
Unwind, recline, and hang loose. Really nice outdoor patio with comfy recliners, fire pits, awnings, and Astroturf.
Friendly, smiling service.
There are even vegetarian options: salads, Mac n cheese, and vegetable side dishes. Soups, too. You could put together a nice vegetarian meal just from all of their terrific sides. And if you're trying to go low-carb, you can always get a meaty salad.
Oh, yeah! Burbank knows how to do it old school. The Hollywood Way feels like home to this country girl. -

I was in the mood for beef ribs. So despite the $29.95 price, I ordered it. I was looking forward to it with great anticipation. The delivery arrives. I get out a plate, cut the ribs apart, grab a few napkins, and dive in
Yuk!! Dry, tasteless (except for the bbq sauce). The WORST bbq beef ribs I've ever had. In the trash. On my 'never order from here again' list.
The only reason this isn't a one star review is my wife and son had burgers, and they said they were 'ok'. So I figured their items were a 3 and mine was a 1, so I've Albigensian them the benefit of the doubt.
Try RIBS USA if you like good bbq. -

I was impressed. The place used to have a less than decent impression a long long time ago, but after years and change of ownership, we were finally coerced to visit. The food was good, and hearty portions. My friend had gotten the chicken wings, my husband got the Mac N Cheese and Smokehouse Quesadilla, and I got the Tri Tip BBQ plate. Now that was a hunk of meat worth sinking my teeth into. It wasn't overly sauced and it was nice and tender and smoky. The quesadilla was astounding. The tri tip inside was the same meat, and with the peppers, onions, and cheese it was a perfect, smooth, and savory option. I wasn't crazy about the Mac N Cheese, it wasn't necessarily "creamy", but it was cheesy and buttery. Service was a little spotty, but we weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a huge deal. I overstuffed myself so much, and I will gladly go back again.

Excellent service again from our server, Heaven! We had a much tastier BBQ this visit. I had the tri-tip sandwich, and garlic mashed potatoes. The beef was tender and tasty and I really liked the sauce, so much that I added more. I enjoyed a Tito's Skinny Mule, which was good. My husband who was really hungry, got some HUGE sandwich that had 3 layers of meat: hot links, beef, and pulled pork.

It's a good atmosphere but I think they did not get an a from the health department. The food is pretty average and the service can be extremely slow
